For three years, civilians in Sudan have endured a brutal conflict. It has driven one of the world’s largest displacement crises and continues amid widespread human rights violations. Despite the scale of the crisis, international attention and response has been limited. What does this mean for people living through it? How have communities adapted? And how are women and girls being disproportionately affected?
FUF and the Swedish Red Cross invite you to an after-work seminar with Gisela Holmén, Head of the Africa Unit, and Natalie Groom, Country Representative for Sudan. Join us to learn more about this crisis, share reflections, and take part in a discussion on one of today’s most urgent yet overlooked crises.
The seminar concludes with an opportunity to ask questions and engage directly with the speakers. Light snacks will be served, followed by time for informal mingling.
