Emotional resonance plays a vital role in forming strong bonds and building a sense of community. Research shows that when people sync emotionally or physically, they create a shared understanding—a connection often called "alliance." This kind of synchrony helps us feel seen, understood, and less alone.
Workshop Structure:
1. Show & Tell:
Option 1: Show something you’ve created and explain why you think it resonates with others.
Option 2: Share something created by someone else that resonates with you and discuss what causes that resonance.
2. Open Discussion:
How can we create a community around our work?
The workshop is conducted in English and is free of charge.
