Why is pleasure at the center of everything? It's physiological. Pleasure shifts your chemistry. In the presence of something pleasurable, the brain releases four “feel good” chemicals: endorphins, oxytocin, serotonin and dopamine. These neurotransmitters alter our perception of the world and influence our creativity, decision making and actions.
